The Justice Department would now prefer to settle its antitrust case against Apple rather than keep fighting, The Information reports via AppleInsider. Epic Games and PayPal told the DOJ a settlement wouldn't deter Apple from continuing its alleged App Store behavior. The DOJ hasn't confirmed this.
